  • Advanced knowledge of holistic financial planning, including investment strategies, pensions, and estate planning.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum); Chartered status or progress toward it is highly desirable.

  • Extensive paraplanning, administrative, and compliance support to allow you to focus on client service and strategic growth.
  • Regular access to new client introductions and warm leads to support further development.
  • A supportive, collaborative working culture with long-term progression opportunities.
  • Competitive basic salary circa (negotiable depending on experience) plus a generous performance-related bonus structure.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced adviser seeking career progression and long-term stability within a thriving independent firm.
