This acquisitive, PE backed business has more than doubled in size over the past 5 years whilst growing their team to 250 in the UK. Whilst continuing to add to their Group through M&A, they are also looking to strengthen their finance team as they add a newly created role.
As Senior Financial Accountant you will be part a small but experienced finance team, reporting into the Finance Director and managing an Assistant Accountant who is currently studying. Additional responsibilities include:
· Management Accounts (including commentary) for the Group entities
· Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual balance sheet reconciliations in line with internal and external reporting requirements ensuring fit for auditing purposes
· Completion of board deck commentary monthly for submission to ELT and board
· Lead on integration of acquisitions on internal reporting requirements
· Assist with year-end statutory accounts and audit process
To be considered for this opportunity you must be a fully qualified accountant (ideally ACA) with additional PQ industry experience. A hard-working individual with experience working in a fast paced SME environment would suit this successful team.
Salary : 55000 - 65000
