The Role

• Supervise and support a team of 4 finance staff

• Manage VAT returns, ledgers, direct debits, and reconciliations

• Oversee banking, reporting, and fixed asset register

• Improve systems, processes, and ensure compliance

What You’ll Need

• AAT Qualified or Part qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

• Strong experience in finance operations and team leadership

• Excellent Excel and financial systems skills

• Organised, proactive, and collaborative mindset
