What you’ll do
Lead the production of accurate, timely management accounts and performance reports
Oversee budgeting, reforecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, ensuring rigorous review and analysis
Develop and maintain KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks that support evidence-based decision-making
Build reporting processes from the ground up, improving visibility of financial and operational drivers across the business
Strengthen financial governance through robust controls, policies, and risk management practices
Partner with Finance Business Partners and operational teams to identify risks, opportunities, and performance levers
Lead, mentor, and develop your team, enhancing systems, workflows, and stakeholder engagement
Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CIPFA)
Strong experience in performance reporting, management accounts, FP&A, or financial planning roles
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams
Commercially astute with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator, able to present complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders
Experience managing priorities, delivering results in a fast-paced environment, and influencing decisions
Curiosity, proactive thinking, and the ability to challenge processes and improve reporting frameworks
