Senior Finance Business Partner (Manufacturing) - Bridgewater with hybrid working - £Highly competitive - 6-month fixed-term contract

Are you a commercially driven finance professional with experience in FMCG or manufacturing? We’re currently supporting a well-established and high-performing organisation in the search for a Senior Finance Business Partner, to join their commercial finance team on a 6-month fixed-term basis.

The role? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in partnering with a dynamic commercial team. Adding real value through insightful analysis and decision-making support across pricing, profitability and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with commercial accounts team on customer pricing and contract scenarios

- Supporting decision-making through robust costing, pricing and profitability analysis

- Delivering clear reporting and commentary to drive improvements in commercial performance

- Ensuring accuracy of discounts, promotional costs and profitability tracking

- Being a proactive and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders

The successful candidate? You’ll be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with experience in a commercially focused finance role, ideally within the FMCG or manufacturing sectors. You have strong commercial awareness, enjoy working closely with stakeholders and are confident translating financial insights into strategic actions. Your communication skills are excellent and you’re able to build strong relationships across both finance and non-finance teams, to support business decision-making.
