A well-established international organisation is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join its London-based headquarters. In this role you will play a key part in shaping financial strategy, strengthening global operations, and influencing decisions that affect communities worldwide.

As a trusted financial expert, you'll lead the delivery of management reporting and budgeting processes, oversee a dynamic accounts team, and work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple international departments. You'll thrive in a values-driven environment where your commercial acumen will help enhance operational excellence and fiscal transparency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee month-end and year-end processes and reporting
  • Drive budget planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring
  • Effectively partner with diverse global departments to deliver actionable financial insights
  • Support statutory reporting and audit processes
  • Lead and develop accounts payable and receivable teams with a focus on service excellence
  • Contribute to strategic improvements across finance operations

What You Bring:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Strong financial reporting, management accounting, and business partnering experience
  • Proven leadership in managing finance teams and mentoring junior staff
  • Deep knowledge of UK financial compliance and accounting best practices
  • A hands-on approach to process improvement and systems optimisation
  • A collaborative, values-aligned mindset with the ability to operate with discretion and integrity
