This is a standout opportunity to join a well established organsiation as a senior Finance busineess Partner. This business is serious about long-term growth - and they need a commercially sharp finance leader to help drive it.

You'll lead a team of 4 and be working in a fast-paced, high-revenue area of the business. Expect big budgets, complex projects, and plenty of scope to make your mark. It's a role for someone who loves driving performance, influencing strategic decisions, and bringing energy to everything they do.

What you'll be doing:

• Challenging and supporting senior leaders to deliver strong financial performance

• Leading the team - developing people, processes, and pace

• Driving reporting simplification and delivering insightful, commercial analysis

• Playing a key role in 5-year planning, ROI reviews, and sustainability investment decisions

What you'll bring:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified

• Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience

• A hands-on leadership style - able to both do and influence
