Senior Accounts Assistant

Reed Accountancy are currently working with a staple Scottish organisation who are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all transactional duties in addition to month-end and payroll activities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Maintaining company ledgers and banking
• Reconciling of credit notes and supplier payments
• Processing month-end journals and reconciliations
• Preparing VAT returns
• Processing monthly payroll
• Monitoring fixed asset register
• Handling client and customer communications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar accounting role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Great attention to detail
