Senior Facilities Coordinator - Leading US Law Firm

Are you an experienced facilities professional looking to take the next step in your career within a prestigious law firm?

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of their London office. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends day-to-day facilities oversight with vendor management, compliance, and team coordination. You'll play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-service workplace environment - supporting everything from building systems and health & safety to space planning and office projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee building systems and respond to service requests and emergencies
• Conduct routine inspections
• Manage vendor relationships
• Support compliance with UK health & safety regulations and building codes
• Coordinate office moves, workstation setups, and space planning
• Track budgets, expenses, and operational performance
• Mentor junior staff and support project rollouts

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience in facilities management, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S regulations and building compliance
• Proven vendor management and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
• IWFM or IOSH certification (or working toward)
• Experience with hybrid work models and office fit-outs is a plus
