We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, people-first legal services provider that is looking for an experienced Senior Employment Solicitor to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Employment Solicitor, you’ll deliver exceptional, legally compliant advice across a dedicated portfolio of clients nationwide. You’ll handle a broad range of employment issues including restructuring, TUPE, discrimination and settlement negotiations - building strong, long-lasting relationships along the way.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, commercially focused advice and documentation for Employment Tribunal cases
- Manage a varied caseload independently, including complex or multi-party matters
- Ensure all advice is timely, legally compliant and aligned with clients’ commercial goals
- Supervise, mentor and support junior team members
- Liaise with ACAS, employee representatives and litigants in person during proceedings
- Build strong relationships with key clients and support their ongoing needs
- Contribute to internal training, process improvement and business development opportunities
- Support the commercial team with client insights, proposals and renewals
- Maintain accurate records, meet KPIs, and uphold professional and regulatory standards
Skills and Experience:
- Qualified legal professional (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) and commercial experience post qualification
Competencies:
- Excellent technical and up-to-date knowledge of employment law
- Proven in-depth knowledge of key areas
- Ability to work efficiently within a fixed fee model
- Strong prioritisation skills and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards
- Commercially aware with a strong client care focus
- Demonstrated achievement of business objectives and client satisfaction
- Team player with behaviours aligned to a positive workplace culture
