£38,000-£40,000 + 15% annual bonus

Are you passionate about Employee Relations (ER) and looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy working with various stakeholders and managing ER projects?

We have an exciting opportunity to join our ER Team as a Senior ER Specialist, where you will assist the Group ER Manager and be key in supporting the ER aspect in the delivery of the People Stratergy across Acacium Group. In this role you will work with various stakeholders at all levels across our 20+ brands, providing an effective, robust advisory service to people managers and employees via effect case management. We're looking for a confident communicator to build people manager capability across Acacium Group in proactively addressing ER concerns to lead to earlier interventions and less requirement to enter formal ER procedures.?

Every day you will...

  • Assist the Group Employee Relations manager in multiple aspects of Employee Relations duties and acting as second in command
  • Gather, analyse and provide data and Key KPIs to the Group Employee Relations Manager and SLT
  • Drive and manage key ER team projects including Policy Projects, TUPE, Re-Org design and Global Mobilisation projects
  • Manage ER Training and Fundamental sessions for the business
  • Lead and advise the ER team on complex ER cases such as grievances, ACAS, ET claims
  • Manage conversations with the ER team when required to ensure the team is performing and delivering on key projects, especially in the absence of Group Employee Relations Manager

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...

  • A CIPD level 5-7
  • Experience in a Senior ER role
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing various ER projects
