Role Summary:

This is a key opportunity for a Senior Employee Benefits professional to take ownership of a portfolio while also driving new client wins in a business-to-business setting. With the backing of a respected brand and strong internal support, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping client strategies and expanding Brunel’s footprint in the benefits space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients: deepen existing relationships and ensure high retention
• Lead on new business generation: work closely with internal stakeholders to win and onboard new clients
• Provide strategic employee benefits advice: align benefits packages with client needs and commercial goals
• Conduct market reviews and negotiate with providers: deliver the most competitive and compliant solutions
• Collaborate with wider teams across insurance and risk: bring joined-up thinking to client engagement

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in employee benefits consulting
• Proven new business generation capability in a B2B insurance setting
• Strong understanding of group risk, healthcare, and benefits broking
• Comfortable managing and developing senior corporate relationships
