With 11 years’ experience under their belt, they have now risen to a team of 19 members and have done so very organically through excellent staff retention and hiring a mixture of apprentice level engineers and senior staff.They put a huge emphasis on quality designs and even the directors are still actively involved in detailed design, as well as other duties. Working across a huge range of project sectors such as residential, healthcare and offices, a large proportion of their work is in the education sector, working very closely with the local universities and schools. Experience working on these types of projects would be advantageous.Success is always rewarded so if you’re able to bring clients or contacts along to the business and help the company grow, there are incentives in place. There is opportunity to grow within the business to associate level and higher, this has been proven by numerous existing employees.In this role, you will be managing a team and helping to support some of their apprentices. • 5+ years’ experience in Electrical Building Services Design.
• Degree qualified.
• Charter or working towards chartership.
• Proficient using AutoCAD, Dialux and Amtech.
• Awareness of 3D CAD like Revit.
• Willing to work with and support their junior team.
• Happy to be DBS checked as they have education projects.
