Senior E-Commerce Manager - FMCG, Sports, Lifestyle 

Full-time · On-site - Hertfordshire / North London - up to £65,000 DOE

Partnering with an iconic sports brand that’s reimagining itself for the next generation of players. The D2C channel has grown strongly over the past two years, but there’s huge potential for further expansion. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership, push boundaries, and make a tangible impact on the brand’s growth.   This role reports directly into the Commercial Director (ex-global fmcg, & sportswear giants) who expects someone dynamic, hands-on, and commercially ambitious — constantly testing ideas, exploring new channels, and driving growth in a younger, social-first audience.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the P&L for the D2C channel and develop a bold three-year growth strategy
  • Lead from the front — hands-on channel management, marketing activation, and optimisation
  • Drive social-first campaigns that engage and convert a younger cohort
  • Build product assortments and bespoke campaigns in partnership with Product, Marketing, and Ops
  • Optimise the customer journey across the funnel — from acquisition through conversion to retention
  • Explore new channels, tools, partnerships, and technologies (including AI) to grow the business
  • Lead international expansion and channel roll-out planning
  • Track performance, analyse insights, and turn them into aggressive, actionable growth plans
  • Mentor and inspire your team, aligning them to a culture of fast, entrepreneurial decision-making

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven D2C experience scaling fmcg, sports, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Passion for the category and driving growth in a younger, social-first audience
  • Hands-on, dynamic approach — you execute and optimise, not just analyse or delegate
  • Strong commercial instincts and a track record of delivering profitable growth
  • Experience building modern digital campaigns across social, influencer, and content channels
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset — constantly looking for ways to innovate and push boundaries
