Senior Director of Programmatic - Omnichannel DSP! - Salary - $140,000 - $180,000 plus bonus

The Company

Leading Programmatic DSP within the Ad Tech industry for brands and agencies with both their own DSP and SSP as well as partnerships in place with the likes of Trade Desk, Xandr and more! My client are a full Omnichannel tech that specialises in supporting their clients with both their programmatic strategy as well as execution! This role will have you managing a team of 5 traders across the US! You shall be responsible for full programmatic strategy as well as managing the team!

As the Programmatic Senior Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Manging a team of 5 and supporting clients programmatic strategies.
• Collaborating with other commercial teams to deliver custom client solutions
• Usage of our technology to create efficient campaign set ups and custom algorithms
• Managing a small book of enterprise clients
• Use critical thinking & analytical skills to analyze complex data sets to make decisions to beat client goals
• Working across multiple technology platforms including DSPs, Internal BI, Ad servers & Attribution, Brand safety etc.
• 3 days a week Hybrid here in New York

Your Qualifications:

• Previous experience working at a DSP is required
• Experience with Xandr, DV360 or TTD DSPs is a plus
• 7+ years of programmatic trading experience preferred as well as strong management experience
• Experience with large data sets in Excel and BI tools
• Hard working, detail oriented, start-up mindset, strong communication
