Hybrid - Birmingham (2-3 days in the office)

We're looking for a talented Senior Digital Designer to join a growing creative team in Birmingham. If you love bringing modern, on-trend digital experiences to life and can take a website project from concept to delivery, this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing full websites and landing pages in Figma, with a keen eye for detail and UX best practices
• Collaborating with developers and marketers to bring your designs to life
• Creating assets for other digital channels (paid ads, social, email) where needed
• Support content creation for clients
• Staying ahead of design trends to ensure our brand always feels fresh and engaging

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience designing websites in Figma (portfolio required)
• A modern, clean design style with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Bonus: experience with other digital design formats (ads, email, socials)

• Agency or Ecommerce experience highly desirable
• Hybrid working - typically 2-3 days in the Birmingham office
