As a Senior Developer you will join us on our journey and undertake a critical role in the design, development, and management of ServiceNow solutions within the organization. You will lead a team of ServiceNow developers and be responsible for driving the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow applications to meet business needs efficiently. In this role you will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and ensure that ServiceNow solutions align with best practices and industry standards.This role offers you an exciting opportunity to lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and other ITSM processes.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will be a Senior Developer with In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations. As a developer, you will proactively identify opportunities for process and system enhancements, making recommendations to improve the ServiceNow platform and related workflows.

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer. You will have:

• ServiceNow Application Developer or higher certifications.
• Experience in ServiceNow development, including hands-on development experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
• IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL best practices.
• Experience with Agile and ITSM methodologies is a plus.
