Senior Data Engineer - Up to £85,000 DOE

Cambridge (Remote) - Once every 6 weeks in office (company-wide meeting)

Method Resourcing are proud to be exclusively partnering with a Genomics and bioinformatics scale-up who are looking to bring a Senior Data Engineer into the company. This is an incredibly exciting time to be joining them on their mission to help provide consumers with health & ancestry data. You will be responsible for augmenting and scaling their health pipelines, as well as contributing to the development of their Health Platform.

An overview of what the ideal candidate for this role looks like is as follows:

• A full understanding of the AWS ecosystem, particularly with AWS serverless technologies such as Fargate, Lambda, DynamoDB, AppSync & Cognito. As well as traditional ETL/Data components such as Athena and Glue
• You have strong Python coding skills
• Experience with IaC tooling such as Terraform
• Prior experience building GraphQL and/or RESTful APIs
• Experience being part of a collaborative, agile team
