At Holland & Barrett, we're on a mission to make health and wellness a way of life for everyone. As a Senior CRM Executive, you'll play a vital role in creating meaningful customer connections, ensuring every campaign is timely, personalised, and impactful.
The Role
Lead the build, QA and optimisation of multi-channel CRM journeys (email, app, push) using Braze.
Bring campaigns to life with personalisation and segmentation powered by CDP integrations.
Partner with design, loyalty, data and content teams to deliver customer-first communications.
Own performance reporting, dashboards, and test-and-learn plans to continually improve campaign impact.
Mentor CRM Executives and act as a trusted escalation point for QA and journey execution.
Represent CRM within cross-functional squads, ensuring seamless collaboration across the business.
The Person
Proven experience in CRM or retention marketing.
Hands-on experience with Braze (or similar ESPs) and CDP-driven segmentation.
Skilled in dynamic content, journey QA, and campaign troubleshooting.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
Organised, proactive, and a natural collaborator with a passion for customer engagement.
