Senior CRM Analyst

Location: Watford Junction (3 days per week in office)

Salary: Up to £60,000 + 10% bonus

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Senior CRM Analyst, you'll sit within the Decisioning & Analytics team, working across both targeting and analytics:

• Build and segment audiences for multi-channel campaigns (email, app, push, web, paid social, personalisation)
• Analyse campaign performance to measure impact, optimise targeting, and drive ROI
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to track KPIs and provide actionable insights
• Work closely with the operations team to deliver end-to-end campaigns
• Contribute to personalisation, automation, and advanced segmentation strategies
• Lead on key campaign streams, shaping logic, testing effectiveness, and improving results

Your Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years' experience in CRM, marketing analytics, or decisioning
• Strong SQL skills - essential for building audiences and analysing data
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar CRM platforms) preferred
• Proven ability to measure campaign performance and recommend optimisations
• Background in FMCG, retail, or other high-volume consumer brands advantageous
