What you’ll do:

• Set & refine credit risk appetite, policies, and models for unsecured lending
• Monitor portfolio health & spot emerging risks early
• Partner with data teams to validate & optimise models
• Present risk insights to senior leadership & the Board

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years in banking credit risk (ideally unsecured lending)
• Strong model validation & risk framework experience
• Technical skills in Python, R/SAS, SQL
• Confident communicator who can challenge constructively
