Senior Credit Controller - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new companyHays are exclusively working with a residential property company based in Kensington whose portfolio is made up of high-net worth individuals. The company are looking for a Sole charge Credit Controller who has experience within the property industry.Your new roleYou will be working in a tight-knit finance team reporting to the finance director on a daily basis.

• You will be responsible for the full Credit and Billings cycle
• Daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
• Regular meetings with management to discuss arrears
• Preparing aged debtor reports for internal and external use
• Potential to take on duties that delve into wider finance

What you'll need to succeed

• Essential you have property experience, preferably residential.
• QUBE MRI experience or relevant property systems experience
• Strong at building and maintaining relationships internally and externally
