The successful Senior Creative Strategist will have:

Support the team and management with ad hoc tasks aligned with the agency's mission.
- Maintain curiosity and a drive for uncovering compelling, high-impact stories for clients.
- Brief creative teams with clear strategic direction to ensure impactful deliverables.

Conduct in-depth research and audits of client sectors, competitors, websites, and existing content.
- Translate findings into actionable insights and narratives that improve brand and marketing effectiveness.
- Lead development of strategic documents, including personas, audits, and competitor analyses.

Develop and deliver data-driven marketing strategies and campaign plans across digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with the strategy team on campaign planning, internal comms, and new client offerings.
- Advise on digital best practices, including ABM, SEO, and paid media; occasionally implement campaigns.

Create content strategies, brand messaging, narratives, and thought leadership pieces.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated, multichannel campaigns.
- Write and edit high-quality, persuasive content backed by research and insights.
- Help evolve agency offerings and reposition content as a core product.
Profile
A successful Senior Creative Strategist should have:
- 4+ years in mid-senior strategic marketing role (B2B/B2C, ideally agency).
- Excellent communication, copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Curious and passionate about tech, marketing, and communication trends.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident presenter and persuasive communicator.
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Skilled across marketing ecosystems, focusing on data-driven, creative strategies.
- Self-motivated team player.
