You will be the person that keeps everything moving, it'll be down to you to make sure all client projects are resourced and delivered on time, keeping cool under pressure.

Description

Reporting into the Operations Director you will partner with Client Services, Strategic, and Creative leadership to ensure project timelines and resource allocations are met.

• Track and manage resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects from initiation to completion
• Implement and maintain monday.com to improve productivity, visibility, and resource scheduling.
• Analyse and produce reports on workflow data and utilisation, identifying opportunities to optimise efficiency and streamline day-to-day processes.
• Manage and allocate agency resources efficiently, aiming for optimal team utilization in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain a strong understanding of creative production processes and real-time agency resource requirements
• Proactively identify and solve day-to-day resourcing challenges, working collaboratively to find optimal solutions for creative delivery.
• Manage freelance cost-efficiency and track quality ratings in our Supplier CRM.
• Responsible for delivering training to the agency e.g. on Monday.com

Profile

You will have a background in production, creative project management or resource management ideally within a creative or marketing agency.

This is a very fast paced role so it goes without saying that you will keep calm under pressure.

The successful applicant will also be a monday.com super user with the ability to train and develop internally.
