Your new companyA leading group within the construction industry is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Creative Designer to join their dynamic marketing team based in Cookstown. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with well-established brands and contribute to the visual identity and creative output of a growing organisation.Your new roleAs Senior Creative Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual communication across all group businesses. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end creation and delivery of design assets for both digital and print platforms. From product launches and marketing campaigns to website graphics and branded content, your work will directly impact the group's brand presence and engagement.Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver innovative design solutions across digital and print media
• Translate brand requirements into compelling visual assets
• Collaborate on creative concepts and campaigns
• Ensure consistent quality and brand alignment across all outputs
• Manage multiple projects from brief to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a fast-paced creative environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Excellent typographic and conceptual design skills
• Proven ability to work within brand guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Solid understanding of print design and production processes
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines

Desirable skills

• Experience with video content and editing
• Familiarity with web design principles
