Senior Corporate/Private Equity Associate - Interlink Talent Solutions : Job Details

This remarkable law firm are seeking a talented Associate to join their global practice with a team of over 300 lawyers spread across four continents.

About the Team/Role

• Their expertise encompasses advising on a wide array of complex, cross-border, and high-profile strategic transactions.
• They cater to a diverse clientele including public and private companies, banks, private equity firms, special committees, and management groups worldwide, counting among them numerous Fortune 100, FTSE 100, CAC 40, HKE, and DAX-listed entities.
• Within the Corporate & Securities group, the Private Equity team specializes in cultivating enduring partnerships with private equity sponsors. This is from fund formation through investment activities to exit strategies.
• The clientele spans various sectors including infrastructure, automotive, technology, life sciences, healthcare, and more.
• The firm offer comprehensive support across all facets of private equity transactions, from structuring to financing, tax advice, and ancillary legal issues, leveraging our full-service capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Essential experience in Private Equity transactions, preferably with significant sponsor-side involvement.
• Background in a reputable law firm handling predominantly UK law transactions.
• Demonstrated capability to engage confidently with clients.
• Proactive in business development with firm support.
• Commercial acumen and a drive for success.
• Attainment of degree certificate(s) from a reputable institution with a minimum grade of 2:1 or equivalent.
