Senior Corporate Account ManagerSalary: £40,000 - £47,000 + commissionLocation: Nelson, Lancashire (minimum 3 days in-office)Employment: Full Time, permanent

Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will play a key role in managing client portfolios, ensuring retention, and delivering high-quality service to a range of corporate clients.

The RoleAs a Senior Corporate Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of existing and new clients, ensuring service delivery meets and exceeds expectations. You will build strong, long-term relationships, provide insight-led solutions, and work closely with field-based teams to identify opportunities for account growth and efficiency improvements.

Senior Corporate Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage client portfolios, ensuring high levels of service and retention
  • Project manage service deliverables and client requirements
  • Maintain accurate client information and documentation
  • Analyse client data to maximise operational efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Produce Management Information (MI) reports and ad hoc contractual reports
  • Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and service development
  • Identify and deliver ongoing savings and improvements for clients
  • Assist in developing and expanding additional services for existing and new customers

Senior Corporate Account Manager Requirements:We're looking for a motivated and proactive professional who brings:
