Senior Conduct Manager (Insurance)Location: London or Cardiff The Senior Conduct Manager will be an SME on FCA & Lloyd’s Conduct obligations.Duties• Manage a small team of Analysts• Oversee an ongoing cycle of product reviews.• Ensure that relevant policies are updated as required.• Promoting compliance culture• Act as the Conduct Risk SME• Undertake reviews of High Conduct Risk wordings•Chair & participate in relevant committees as required.• Identify and escalate areas of High Conduct Risk.• Support the preparation of the annual Compliance Plan.Desired skills and experience• Extensive compliance experience working within the insurance industry• Good understanding of FCA regulatory issues• Excellent Understanding of the legal principles of Insurance.• Previous experience of motor insurance products (Highly beneficial)• Good understanding of the FCAs consumer duty requirements
