At Riverside we recruit to potential not just on skills and experience, so we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the essential criteria on the job description.The difference you will make as a Senior Compliance OfficerYou will support the Fire safety team implement and manage the approach to Fire Safety, including the oversight and contract management of the groups active fire systems, including Fire alarms, AOV’s, Emergency lighting ensuring we are meeting statutory maintenance and testing requirements.About youWe are looking for someone with:

• Experience with managing active fire systems and emergency lighting compliance and repairs.
• Clear understanding of risk management, property management and property related compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels within the business. 
• Strong analytical skills.
