Our client, one of the UK's fastest growing and dynamic Consumer Credit firms seeks a Senior Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their team.   With an innovative range of products and services and a world-class leadership team and board, this is an exciting and unique organisation to work for.  The RoleReports directly to a highly reputable and inspirating the Head of Compliance Monitoring, deliverables will include:Supporting the continuous improvement of compliance monitoring framework and functionLeading continuous improvement activity on the monitoring methodology Leading second line assurance reviews in accordance with annual planTaking responsibility for the full cycle of compliance monitoring from planning through to thematic reviews and reportingMentoring and developing a small team of compliance monitoring managersThe PersonThe ideal person for this role will:Have a consumer credit background and knowledge of CONC regulations Have circa 5- 7 years experience of compliance monitoring experienceBe a Monitoring Manager stepping up in to a senior role, or already be at senior levelThe PackageUp to £85K, plus bonus 20% BonusAttractive wider benefits package3 days per week in central LondonTo understand more about this exceptional career opportunity, please apply here today.
