Senior Compliance ManagerHybrid working£650 per day

THE COMPANY:

Financial Services (Retail Bank) Products/ services - Invoice Finance, Commercial Mortgages, Property Development, Buy-To-Let Mortgages and Asset Finance lending.

THE ROLE:

• Delivering the Regulatory Horizon Scanning processes and briefings. Covering all relevant emerging regulation (PRA/FCA/ICO/CCA/Codes of Conduct); inclusive of tracking, co-ordination and oversight of the execution of regulatory change.
• Supporting, and advising the Head of Compliance on delivery of the compliance advisory and oversight strategy, inclusive of delivery of Compliance Insights reporting, oversight of material risks and events, RCSAs, product reviews and governance, transformation, outsourcing and compliance culture.
• Work collaboratively with first line in preparing the Group for regulatory change.
• Review and update Compliance policy documentation and work with stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory changes.
