We’re looking for a skilled Senior Internal Communications Manager to shape and deliver an internal communications strategy that brings our transformation to life and supports our people on every step of our journey. About the role

As Senior Internal Communications Manager, reporting to our Head of Internal Communications, you’ll be at the heart of our transformation journey. You will have deep expertise in change communications, preferably gained from a similar organisation with a large, front-line workforce.

Your focus will be to design and deliver a communications and engagement strategy that is clear, people-centred, and drives meaningful connection to our change agenda.

You’ll play a pivotal role in making sure colleagues across all areas of our organisation feel informed, involved, and inspired—helping us build trust, manage change, and embed new ways of working.

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive transformation communications strategy that clearly articulates programme goals, benefits, and milestones, and ensures aligned, proactive and targeted messaging across all phases of the programme.
  • Craft compelling and accessible campaigns and messages that simplify complex change, tailored to the needs of diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Partner with key stakeholders including senior leaders from People & Culture, Transformation Management and our Chief Operating Officer function to deliver strategic communications and engagement plans for multiple change workstreams.
  • As part of the Internal Communications team, you’ll play a key role in making sure the Transformation strategy and communications activities are aligned to our internal communication strategy and priorities.
  • Drive engagement, address resistance, and support behavioural change through thoughtful, consistent communication.
  • Support other internal communication responsibilities as required.
  • Produce regular measurement and analytics reports

What you will need

  • Proven experience leading internal communications for large-scale change and transformation programmes, particularly in organisations with frontline employees.
  • Strong background in complex, multi-stakeholder organisations with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to guide, advise and challenge senior leaders.
  • Experience in using data and analytics to measure transformation communication performance.
  • A proactive, agile mindset with the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of internal communications and People & Culture trends, with a commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
