What You'll Be Doing:

This pivotal role focuses on servicing a portfolio of established commercial accounts with premiums exceeding £10,000 across a diverse range of commercial insurance classes. You'll be instrumental in managing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for new business development.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in commercial insurance, ideally within a broker or insurer environment.
• Exceptional negotiation skills - confident in securing the best terms with insurers and effectively managing prospect discussions.
• A proactive approach to developing new business and contributing to team growth.
• The ability to consistently meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of the commercial insurance market and current industry trends.
• CII qualification or progress towards it is highly desirable, with full support provided for your professional development.
• Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills to foster strong client relationships.
• A willingness to undertake bespoke internal training and pursue professional examinations.
