Senior Client Relationship Manager Milton Keynes/Basingstoke  - Hybrid Fulltime Salary £50,000 - £62,000 DOEWe are currently representing a leading workforce solutions provider that is seeking an experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded professional with strong client engagement skills to work in a dynamic, innovative environment where they will play a key role in driving account success and long-term client partnerships.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-value client relationships, ensuring services deliver maximum value and contracts achieve their full commercial potential. This role will suit someone who is highly adept at stakeholder management, confident in delivering strategic account plans, and experienced in identifying opportunities for growth.This is a hybrid role with a requirement to attend the Basingstoke or Milton Keynes office three days per week, alongside regular client visits.Duties
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for client relationships, building trust and long-term partnerships
  • Managing account delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs
  • Leading Quarterly Business Reviews and presenting performance insights to senior stakeholders
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across client accounts
  • Identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cross-selling additional services
  • Using data and analytics to provide actionable insights and influence decision-making
  • Supporting the onboarding of new clients and ensuring seamless transitions into BAU operations
  • Contributing to contract renewals and retention strategies
The Candidate
  • Knowledge of the agency workforce/MPS/neutral vendor sector (highly desirable)
  • Strong background in client relationship management/account management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Commercial acumen with proven ability to manage revenue and profitability
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical and reporting skills
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Package & Benefits
  • Salary: £50,000 – £62,000 (depending on experience)
