Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-growth clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Develop tailored growth strategies and provide insightful advisory services.
  • Contribute to the firm’s strategic goals by identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Oversee client deliverables, ensuring high standards and timely completion.
Essential Qualities and Experience
  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA).
  • Demonstrated experience in closely partnering with clients.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to craft strategic growth plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in cloud accounting systems.
  • Proven ability to delegate effectively and manage challenging situations with diplomacy.
  • A track record of successful direct client interaction.
Salary & Benefits
