This is a confidential search for a professional with a strong background in liability and property claims. Role Overview:The successful candidate will manage pre-litigated claims from notification of loss through to litigation, providing a bespoke cradle-to-grave claims handling service. The role involves handling a varied caseload including:
- Third-party personal injury and property damage claims
- First-party property claims of unlimited value
- Cross-border investigations in select cases
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and progress claims, from initial assessment to resolution
- Manage fast-track and multi-track liability and property claims
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to deliver efficient, modern solutions
- Provide expert guidance on EL/PL, medical malpractice, and other complex claims
Required Experience:
- 5+ years in defendant personal injury and property claims within a legal or insurance environment
- Proven track record managing a high-volume, pre-litigated caseload
- Experience across a range of sectors including social care, leisure, construction, and retail
- Familiarity with UK and Republic of Ireland claims handling
