Summary
This role sits within the wider Procurement Team and will lead and manage procurement activities across a portfolio of projects with contract oversight and supplier management responsibility. The role will provide procurement expertise, knowledge and supply chain management skills to develop and implement appropriate project procurement strategies that will deliver contract the lowest overall cost.
Ideally this role would be based from our offices near Birmingham, however we are also open to considering candidates being based from our other southern offices as this role will cover the southern region. Experience of mechanical/electrical buying is essential, and candidates must be open to travel across the south.

What we’re looking for:
Someone with MEP procurement experience, both high volume and high value, covering material and sub-contract packages
Confident use of negotiating techniques and procurement approaches
Previous role working in a building services construction environment
Significate experience in an operational buying role.
