Industry leading events business seeks highly talented and experienced senior business development manager to join their fast-growing event sales team selling across their flagship tech portfolio.

This Senior Business Development Manager role is a truly bespoke selling opportunity. Exhibition and sponsorship will feature as the primary opportunity together with speaker opportunities, targeted branding, advertising and content marketing offerings.

The role will offer a significant amount of existing business / account management with scope to develop new business too. Annual revenue targets will be around £750k with scope to earn a high percentage of commission on each deal closed.

The position will also involve some international travel to global events and face to face client meetings.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in b2b events
• Ideally some experience or knowledge of insurance, tech, finance
• Demonstrated success in achieving excellent revenue results.
• Highly organised, with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage time to maximize productivity and achieve goals.
• High emotional intelligence, skilled in building and sustaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly consultative sales approach
• Personable and enthusiastic, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach—a true team player committed to collective success.
