Senior Business Analyst - TOM - Strategic Transformation - Robert Walters : Job Details

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join a a Global Business with it's HQ based in London. The ideal candidate will have worked on a Shared Services, Global Business Services or Target Operating Model project as a Senior Business Analyst.

As a Senior Business Analyst based , you will immerse yourself in a wide range of transformative projects within the Transformation department. Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you collaborating closely with cross-functional teams-both locally and globally-to elicit requirements, analyse complex business processes, and translate these into functional solutions that align with strategic objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels, facilitating workshops, conducting critical evaluations of existing processes, and driving positive change through well-documented recommendation.

Key Responsbilties;

• Minimum of 5+ years' relevant experience in business transformation or management roles involving significant business analysis responsibilities.
• Ideally experience with Shared Services or Global Business Services driving process change.
• Excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to work dependably within teams while also being comfortable operating independently when required by project demands.
• Exceptional documentation skills focused on applying rigorous quality control measures before final sign-off on deliverables.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones-demonstrating flexibility in communication styles depending on stakeholder location or preference.
• Strong communication capabilities enabling you to engage confidently with sponsors or stakeholders at all levels; adept at challenging assumptions constructively where necessary.
• Advanced analytical skills relating specifically to process optimisation, data interpretation/mapping exercises (source-to-target), systems integration challenges-and acute attention to detail throughout.
