Senior Business Analyst | Front Office Transformation | Investment ManagementContract | London | Inside IR35£800-£900 per dayWe're looking for a delivery-focused Senior Business Analyst to join a front office-aligned change team within a leading asset manager.You’ll be working directly with portfolio managers, traders, and research teams on a range of business and technology initiatives supporting an end-to-end transformation of the public markets division. Projects span areas such as process optimisation, research workflow enhancements, and front-to-back platform change.The role requires strong experience in front office investment management, ideally with exposure to platforms like Aladdin or Bloomberg. Alongside core analysis responsibilities, you’ll also take ownership of smaller workstreams or initiatives, managing delivery through to completion.Key experience:

• Strong front office BA experience within investment management
• Knowledge of portfolio management, trading, and research
• Comfortable managing delivery of smaller initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder and documentation skills
