Senior Brand and Marketing Manager - SNG (Sovereign Network Group) : Job Details

We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Brand and Marketing Manager to join our development, team. You'll be based out of our head office in Basingstoke, combining office and home working to ensure a positive work/life balance.

The role

This role will lead on creative brand, marketing and campaign delivery of our Sales products – Shared Ownership, Open Market Sale, Asset Sales, Staircasing & Resales, and any future New Product Development.

Key Accountabilities include:

• Positioning SNG's Sales tenures, working in collaboration with Sales and Development teams on the acquisition of new schemes and products to establish meaningful propositions, tone, messaging and visual appeal to target our customers.
• Delivering our highest-profile schemes to market with oversight of all creative branding and strategic campaign delivery.
• Maintaining oversight and segmentation of the customer demographics across SNG's geography and tenures; ensuring we know to whom we are selling, and how we can both target them and deliver the most effective messaging to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Managing the implementation of our digital strategy; delivering website, social media and online marketing tools/platforms to ensure the highest levels of U/X and data compliance
• Evolving and implementing a class-leading customer journey through offline and online tools, systems and processes; enabling excellent customer feedback from initial enquiry to onboarding and ensuring compliance with industry rules and regulations.

What we need from you:

• Experience in delivering multiple brand and marketing strategies to market (B2C) and working with multiple stakeholders.
• A proven ability to gain insight into customer demographics and deliver targeted, segmented campaigns that drive lead-generation.
• An eye for strong creative visuals and messaging and experience managing or coaching other team members.
