Day-to-day of the role:

• Drive growth and increase market share consistently.
• Deliver exceptional service that turns clients into 'Raving Fans'.
• Oversee and participate in all aspects of the sales process.
• Promote the office within the local community and maximize referrals across businesses.
• Measure results, report on KPIs and budget performance to drive sales and maximise market share.
• Build, manage, and lead an effective branch team.
• Influence results through effective team management, action planning, and delivery of the plan.
• Analyse and solve issues with the team and senior managers to drive deal value and results.
• Create a positive and proactive working environment within the branch.
• Represent and promote the company’s core values with integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer position, or higher.
• Excellent team building and communication skills.
• Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch.
• Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
• Renowned for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Packages with strong IT skills.
• Attention to detail and a good telephone manner.
