Day-to-day of the role:
- Drive growth and increase market share consistently.
- Deliver exceptional service that turns clients into 'Raving Fans'.
- Oversee and participate in all aspects of the sales process.
- Promote the office within the local community and maximize referrals across businesses.
- Measure results, report on KPIs and budget performance to drive sales and maximise market share.
- Build, manage, and lead an effective branch team.
- Influence results through effective team management, action planning, and delivery of the plan.
- Analyse and solve issues with the team and senior managers to drive deal value and results.
- Create a positive and proactive working environment within the branch.
- Represent and promote the company’s core values with integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer position, or higher.
- Excellent team building and communication skills.
- Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch.
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
- Renowned for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Packages with strong IT skills.
- Attention to detail and a good telephone manner.
