Senior BD Executive - Ambition Europe Limited : Job Details

Are you a confident and creative business development professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're working with a dynamic and growing professional services firm to find a Senior Business Development Executive who can lead strategic initiatives, deliver high-impact events, and help shape client engagement.

This is a hands-on and strategic position with real scope to influence business direction. You'll be responsible for:

• Leading business development projects from concept to execution
• Planning and delivering client events in London and internationally
• Creating and executing marketing campaigns across key sectors
• Supporting client relationship management and engagement
• Producing high-quality content including credentials and social media
• Conducting market and competitor research to inform strategy
• Collaborating with partners and internal teams to drive growth

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

• At least 3 years' experience in BD or marketing within professional services
• A strong track record in event management and campaign delivery
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, resourceful, and creative mindset
• Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (desirable)
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (desirable)
