Senior AV Support Specialist

Office Location: City of London

Salary: £250 - £300  per day

Job Type: 6-Month Inside IR35 Contract

Hybrid Model: 5 days a week onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting users of the organisation
• Conference room support
• Virtual and physical meeting support
• Managing tickets/escalations
• Transporting and setting up AV equipment
• Testing and maintaining the AV equipment 

Requirements

• Meeting room application support | Webex, Zoom, MS Teams
• Familiar with WebRTC and Cisco scheduling 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management 
• Ticketing experience such as use of ServiceNow
• ITIL certification is desirable
