We are delighted to be working with a leading law firm in Guildford that is seeking a talented Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Private Wealth team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to manage a varied case load of private client matters, play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues, and progress within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

The Opportunity

• Take ownership of a broad range of Private Wealth matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong and long-term relationships.
• Support and mentor junior members of the department, including Solicitors and trainees.
• Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives to raise the profile of the team.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid Private Wealth/Private Client experience.
• Likely to have 7+ years’ PQE, but strong applicants outside this range will also be considered.
• Experienced in handling your own case load and confident in complex matters.
• Strong communicator, able to support clients with sensitivity and empathy during difficult times.
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development.
• A team-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent client outcomes.
