Commercial Dispute Resolution Associate

We are seeking a Senior Associate or above to join our Commercial Dispute Resolution team based in the South West. This role offers hybrid office and home working flexibility and is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an inclusive and friendly team. Our client base includes Corporates, SMEs, and Family-run businesses.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle a varied caseload including commercial-related dispute work, contractual disputes between businesses, professional negligence claims, and mediation and other forms of ADR.
- Engage in business development opportunities, working to maintain and develop relationships with clients and referrers as their trusted legal partner.
- Collaborate with other fee earners within the CDR team across the firm, ensuring high-quality dispute resolution and litigation advice.
- Deliver exceptional client service consistently, while being organised and able to work at pace to meet multiple deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a commercial dispute resolution environment.
- Demonstrable experience in providing high-quality litigation and dispute resolution advice.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to work at pace and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong client service skills and the ability to maintain and develop professional relationships.
