Senior Associate - Employment

• Advise clients on a broad range of employment law matters, including disputes, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft and review employment-related documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on workforce management and employment policies.
• Represent clients in employment tribunals and other legal proceedings as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams and other legal departments to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Stay informed on relevant changes to employment law and proactively share insights with clients.
• Support junior team members by providing mentorship and reviewing their work.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure continued business growth.

Profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
• Minimum 5 years PQE.
• Extensive experience in handling complex employment law matters within a professional services setting.
• Ability to present employment training to client and peers.
