Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Senior to join our client's dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert financial guidance, conducting due diligence, and managing complex transactions for the clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage due diligence engagements, including financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Provide strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and restructuring activities.
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to support client transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Mentor junior staff members and contribute to their professional development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in corporate finance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory services.
- Proven track record of managing and executing complex financial transactions.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
