Senior Associate - Civil Litigation | Leamington SpaClayton Legal are seeking to hire a highly qualified Civil Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to become part of our thriving and highly regarded Litigation Department based in Leamington Spa.Role:

• Handle a broad spectrum of litigation cases, including commercial disputes, professional negligence claims, contentious probate matters, property and contract disputes, with appearances in both County and High Courts.
• While experience in construction disputes is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
• Possess either a strong background in estate agency law or be eager to acquire expertise in this field.
• Act as a senior team member within our existing team, benefiting from secretarial support, and foster a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge and offering guidance to team members.
• A pre-existing client base would be considered a valuable asset.
• Demonstrate a commitment to generating new business and facilitating cross-referrals to other departments.
