• Working closely with project managers, cost consultants, designers, and sustainability specialists to deliver integrated outcome
• Carrying out condition surveys, dilapidations, defect analysis, feasibility studies, and advising clients on solutions that prioritise sustainability and value
• Acting as the key point of contact for clients, providing clear advice and building strong, trusted relationship
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members, ensuring high technical standards and quality across all work
• Staying up to date with legislation, health & safety requirements, and building regulations, with a focus on driving best practice and innovative solutions

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, ideally at Senior or Associate level
• MRICS (or working towards) with strong technical knowledge
• A track record of delivering projects across multiple sectors
