- Working closely with project managers, cost consultants, designers, and sustainability specialists to deliver integrated outcome
- Carrying out condition surveys, dilapidations, defect analysis, feasibility studies, and advising clients on solutions that prioritise sustainability and value
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients, providing clear advice and building strong, trusted relationship
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members, ensuring high technical standards and quality across all work
- Staying up to date with legislation, health & safety requirements, and building regulations, with a focus on driving best practice and innovative solutions
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, ideally at Senior or Associate level
- MRICS (or working towards) with strong technical knowledge
- A track record of delivering projects across multiple sectors
